As a passionate car enthusiast, owner Travis Thompson recognized that only the highest level of quality and dependable service will do. Knowing this, he created a model in which the customer always remains at the center of attention.
Travis Thompson is owner of Motorwërks Autogroup.
Travis Thompson has been employed by Motorwërks for 12 years. He started as a Service Writer in 2009, working his way to becoming the owner. Travis has been immersed in the automotive industry long before he had his own set of wheels, and has embraced the philosophy “choose a job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life”. Travis took every automotive class available to him in high school and continued honing his skills with his own vehicles as a hobby.
Travis is highly regarded by many of his clients and takes pride in their satisfaction. He will not hesitate to go out of his way to make sure a client's needs have been met. After acquiring Motorwërks in 2017, Travis' goal is to continue growing client satisfaction and inspire confidence for clients to return to Motorwërks.
He continues to grow the business through purchasing the latest diagnostic tools and equipment as well as researching new models and investing in continual technician training so that clients are offered top of the line service using the most up to date technology.

Our Hunter Auto34S Touchless Tire Changer will ensure no metal surface comes in contact your wheels to prevent any scratches.
In order to ensure a quality wheel balance on your vehicle, we have a Hunter Road Force Elite Balancer capable of applying up to 1,250 pounds of road force onto the assembly granting you a balance 2nd to none. Our balancer is also equipped to measure wheel runout to ensuring a proper pull and vibration diagnosis weather you are have new tire installed or are having trouble with your current set.
To make sure that the wear pattern on your tires are correct, we have a Hunter HawkEye Elite that is annually updated to handle the latest models. To allow for even the lowest of ground clearances without risk of bumper or undercarriage damage our alignment rack is flush mounted in floor. The Hunter QuickGrip Tire Adapters feature spring-loaded arms that grip the tire and not the rim, eliminating metal-to-metal contact and subsequent rim damage.
We provide complimentary drop off services within a 10 mile radius through Uber.
We unfortunately do not work with extended warranties.
We believe that standing behind our work is key to building long-term relationships with our clients. That's why we offer a minimum 12-month/Unlimited mile warranty on our services when all recommended repairs are completed. This is not applicable for upgrades where parts are supplied by the client.

Bosch Car Service centers are the very best of independently-owned service centers. To qualify for membership, each service center must pass a rigorous certification process, based on technical skill, customer service and facility design and appearance.
